At The 31 Story, every shirt is crafted with care and packed with the same attention to detail that goes into making it.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1ā€“2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3ā€“5 business days
  • Other locations: 5ā€“7 business days
  • Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A nominal convenience fee of ā‚¹99 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Exchange Policy

We want you to find your perfect fit.

  • We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

Please Note:

  • Sale or clearance products are not eligible for exchange, unless they are received damaged or defective.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To Be Eligible

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use.
  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for return requests.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must pass our quality inspection after pickup.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5ā€“7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Your order number
  • An unboxing/opening video
  • Clear photos of the product

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If eligible, you may submit a return request after delivery.
